Born on January 20, 1987 and raised in Southfield, Michigan, Brittany Faith Gardner is a Real Estate Agent licensed in Georgia, Florida, Michigan, Texas, and Virginia. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Powerhouse Closings where she leads several team members who also assist others who are looking to leverage equity with the purchase or sell of their home.

As a product of Southfield Public Schools, she attended and graduated from Southfield Lathrup Senior High School and graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry. To her core, Brittany has always wanted to help others. With the 2008 market crash occurring during her senior year of college, she was captivated by the power of real estate as an investment and means of building a secure future. After she purchased her very first property, Brittany unknowingly furthered her journey down the road of real estate once accepting a position in the mortgage industry shifting from her goals of wanting to become a Pediatrician. She now has over 15 years’ experience owning multiple properties in the metro Detroit area.

The STEM Collective also has an annual Gala & Fundraiser that celebrated Top Entrepreneurs and Professionals in STEM with the Stellar in STEM Award.
