Cassandra Hall's story is one of resilience, determination, and unwavering commitment to her dreams despite facing numerous challenges along the way. As a single mother of three sons, she embarked on her interior design journey after graduating from WSU with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts in Design. However, unforeseen circumstances led her to step away from the world of interior design, but she never lost hope.

In 2015, she founded Luxurious Elements LLC, her own interior design company, only to face setbacks that made her question her path. Focused on raising her children, Cassandra went back to school to obtain a Master’s Degree in Science and Administration, majoring in Public Administration. Despite facing obstacles, she found joy working in educational environments and seized an opportunity to redesign the Technology Department at Birmingham Public Schools.

The project reignited her passion for design and education, but tragedy struck with the passing of her mother. Amidst grief, she rediscovered an old CAD drawing from her college days, reigniting her long-held dream of owning and operating an interior design firm. Reflecting on her journey, Cassandra realized that her diverse work experiences had equipped her with the skills needed to run her own business.

Throughout the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Cassandra found inspiration in her oldest son, who became the first black man in New York to earn a Michelin Star as an Executive Chef. Encouraged by her son's achievements and guided by the support of her Executive Director of Technology Services, Dwight Levens through his mentoring and encouragement persuaded Cassandra to revive Luxurious Elements LLC, offering design and project management expertise across various sectors including corporate, small business, healthcare, education, and hybrid environments.

Cassandra attributes her success to her children, who serve as her inspiration and teammates in life. With her creative background in interior design, she guides clients through the process of creating harmonious work environments that inspire productivity and creativity.
